Shimmer Salon & Day Spa implements a cancellation policy to ensure we can continue to provide a high quality service to our clients . We reserve our valuable time just for you!
The following will apply if less than 48 hours or 2 business days 50%
Less than 1 business day or 24 hours or no shows 100%
Spa parties require 30 days notice to cancel or change the date
Wedding parties require a signed contract with details in the contract
20% gratuity added to all spa services.
If a weather event should cause cancellation of services or parties, we will reschedule your time we are unable to refund deposits. Prices subject to change without notice.
You must cancel any scheduled appointment for a Gift Certificate package or regular service within 72 hours or of the services date/time or you will be responsible for the total amount and/or forfeit your gift certificate if you are a no show to the original time booked.
Group services for 2 or more clients at th same time require 10 day advanced notice for any rescheduling of dates/times or the same applies.
